What is the minimum print run?
It depends on the product. We also handle small quantities — tell us what you need and we'll get back to you.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product, quantity and finishing. You'll get a lead time together with your quote.
How do I send my files?
By email to order@alfa-star.bg. For large files, use a transfer service (e.g. WeTransfer) and send us the link.
Can I call you in English?
Our phone line is in Bulgarian only. Please write to us at order@alfa-star.bg or use the enquiry form.
I don't have a design yet. What should I do?
Get in touch and describe what you need — we'll discuss how to proceed.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, we issue an invoice for every order.
How to prepare your files for print
A well-prepared file saves time and makes sure you get exactly what you expect.
Format
PDF preferred. If you don't have a PDF, ask us about other formats.
Colours
CMYK colour mode. On-screen colours (RGB) can look different on paper.
Resolution
At least 300 dpi for photos and images at actual size.
Bleed
3 mm on each side if backgrounds or images run to the edge.
Safe zone
Keep text and important elements at least 3–5 mm inside the trim line.
Fonts
Embed fonts in the PDF or convert them to outlines.
Books
Send pages individually, in reading order. Spine width depends on page count and paper — we'll calculate it for you.
